Gravel patches are an experiment in progress. These patches are not necessarily ideal or classic locations and placement was adjusted to fit the conditions on each individual roof top. They can serve as examples of potential modifications if an ideal southern roof corner with parapets is not available.

Project Nighthawk is a statewide research initiative, coordinated by New Hampshire Audubon, aimed at conserving a state-threatened bird species, the Common Nighthawk (Chordeiles minor).
